AN INSTRUMENT FOR EVERY CHILD
We make it easier for every child to get started
Whether you are a child or an adult – the HOLZBLÄSER hire-purchase system is the ideal introduction for beginners. It combines the advantages of owning your own instrument with those of a rental instrument.
You can rent your desired instrument for between three and 24 months. For some high-priced instruments, the minimum rental period is six months. If you like the rental instrument, you can buy it at a preferential price within the first six months. The rental contract can be signed at our store and you can take the instrument with you immediately. If you do not have the opportunity to visit our store, we can send you the documents by e-mail or post.
Once the formalities have been completed, we will send you the instrument. You can find out the details by phone or e-mail.
You can buy the instrument at any time, taking into account the full amount of the rent paid, or, if you do not wish to keep the instrument, you can simply end the rental agreement and return it. After two years, you can take over the instrument for the remaining purchase price or return it. We would like to point out that the price for the immediate purchase of an instrument is lower than for an installment plan.
When you conclude the contract, a deposit will be required, the amount of which depends on the value of the rental instrument. The deposit is offset or returned when the instrument is returned or if you decide to keep it. The first three or six months’ rent must be paid when the contract is concluded. From the beginning of the fourth or seventh month of rental, any further rent will be collected from your bank account by direct debit.
If you decide to keep the instrument within the first six months, we will make you an attractive offer. After that, the price shown on the rental contract applies.
Early beginner instruments are particularly suitable for children with small hands due to their design and the arrangement of the keys. As a rule, they are only needed for a limited time until the child can play a full-size instrument. If a full-size instrument is purchased at a later date, we will offset the rent paid for the child-friendly instrument up to a maximum of 130.00 euros against the retail price.
The hirer is fully liable for damage to and theft of the instrument. We recommend and can arrange insurance for the instrument during the rental period. In the event of damage, proof of insurance must be provided to the insurer with proof of payment of the insurance premium.
If the lessee is in arrears with more than one rental payment, the lessor is entitled to use the deposit to settle the outstanding rental payments, to cover the costs incurred (reminder fees, interest) and as security for the borrowed instrument. In this case, the lessor is also entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect. If the instrument is not returned within one week of the contract being terminated, the full purchase price shall become due immediately.
You buy an instrument from our range of rental instruments at a favorable cash price. We offer you a buy-back guarantee for the instrument within the first six months of purchase. If you wish to return the instrument, we will refund the purchase price minus the rental fees that would have been incurred from the time of purchase until the instrument is returned.
A minimum of three or six rentals will be retained in accordance with the minimum rental period specified in our installment plan terms and conditions for the instrument in question.
The buy-back guarantee must be agreed when the instrument is purchased and noted on the invoice. The instrument shows no signs of damage or defects other than traces of use due to playing.
There is a sample rental agreement on every product page. Or click here to download a pdf file.
